New PS Artbooks Sale |
|
We’ve just brought in another 24 Pre-Code and Golden Age collections from PS Artbooks. Several weeks ago we listed two batches of SLIPCASED editions (below are all regular HARDCOVERS)--Some of these same books. Some of these are still in stock—others have now sold out. These will appear in our upcoming new catalog, ready for your upload by about July 15 or in your hands by early August. In the meantime, check our website to see the entire selection. We have too many titles to list at one time, so I’ll do more next week. I’ve picked the best ones for this time, though, and you’ll see from my notes we have additional volumes of most of the titles below—for instance, we have all first 11 volumes of Planet Comics. We very quickly sold out of two of these last time they went up on sale, so I got just about every copy I could. But I still expect these to go quickly, this may be the most popular of all the titles. Once these sale copies are sold out, we’ll keep handling each title but back at their original cover price. PS evidently was overstocked, so they made a big deal with a U.S. distributor (not Diamond Comics). We were first in to get these before several sold out—more are gone now. Previous PS Artbooks sale groups included the Harvey Horror softcover volumes—many of which are still available. |

In 1938, she premiered in Jumbo Comics #1 where she settled happily into every issue (165 of them) plus a decade in her own title until April 1953.
