Whatnot for Vintage Comics I’m now working with a local comic book shop, World of Wonder. I’ve picked up boxes and boxes of vintage comics over the years and I never have enough time to deal with all of them. I list the more expensive ones (above $40 or so) on my friend Buddy Saunder’s website, Mycomicshop.com. You can search all I have there, about 800 Golden Age, Silver Age and Bronze including many from my friend Ken Sanders’s collection. But the comic books that do not make the cut with MyComicShop are now being listed on the live auction site WHATNOT, thanks to my friend John Stephenson of World of Wonder Comics. He’s calling it the Bud Plant Collection, and we are listing Gold, Silver, Bronze and Modern Age titles, all with a $4 minimum bid. Things can go REALLY cheap, so take advantage and join in. Its so easy even I figured out how to log in. John does about 100 comics over the span of two and a half hours, every Friday beginning at 1:00 pm PST. John and I will be doing a live show together from our local Edgar Rice Burroughs event on Friday May 17. I hope you’ll check it out.
