The Flash Silver Age Archives is another low-priced edition in the new DC series that now includes Supergirl and Justice League. It's my favorite to date. We created a handsome full color bookplate for a Yoe Studio's labor of love, Jacky's Diary, by Jack Mendelsen. Jack very handsomely inscribed every one! Westerns are making a comeback lately, albeit with a twist--Indeh is a sympathetic novel about the war-chief Geronimo by actor/director Ethan Hawke. The original Ghost Rider and Matt Baker's Canteen Kate, two pre-code standouts, are now on sale. Two kid-friendly books are the Spidey Treasury and Patsy Walker--Hellcat. They look like fun. |
