Masters of American Illustration, Neal Adams’ Blood, Sergio Toppi on sale, Fairyland, Elseworlds/Batman, Charles Vess’ Book of Ballads, Wally Wood Thunder Agents Portfolio, Spectrum, Pin-Up & other new Sale Items

Our new website has launched! We're pleased and hope you are too. For security reasons, we have deleted all old passwords. You will need to request a new password (click on "Forgot Your Password?" when you try to login). Please contact us if you need help or instruction.

Our focus for Phase 1 was even stronger security (always!), improved navigation and checkout, bigger images, mobile device friendly, and better organized. Phase II of our new website will bring more features as we upgrade and integrate our inventory and customer account system. Let us know what you think!!

It’s taxtime, so I imagine that’s why new releases are fewer this week. I’ve included more important coming items, including the new printing of Masters of American Illustration, another 1000-copy edition from Dan Zimmer. Five more SQP pin-up books are on sale. We’re closing out some Spectrum back volumes, and a few more titles in very short supply.

Sensuous Frazetta, Wally Wood’s Jungle Adventures
Vanguard has just announced that these are now delayed from the original April date to be out around San Diego Comic-Con in July. We will continue to accept orders for the softcover and deluxe editions of each.
Monsters and Dames 2016
The Emerald City Comic-Con in Seattle is now over, and once again we will have the exclusive supply of this year’s remaining 1000-copy special show art book. A 9x12 full color hardcover, it features a new cover by Fiona Staples, and artists from Bobby Chiu, Terryl Whitlatch, Daxiong, Peter Bagge, Mike Huddleston and more, all contributions from guests and artists of the 2016 Emerald City Comicon. This is not yet on the website, but you can call in and reserve a copy in the meantime. We’ll also be including a signed bookplate free while they last, the artist to be announced. [MNST16H. $30].

Hieronymus Bosch: The Complete Works
This was the bestselling item last week, on our 4/15 email. I regret I hadn’t anticipated the exceptional demand and we ran through our first stock by the beginning of the week. Sorry! We have a big batch coming. Who would’ve thunk it, an artist who died in 1516---that’s five hundred years ago! [HIEBH. $39.99]
