Thomas Haller Buchanan is the artist whose book we were so jazzed to bring in last summer—Faces Figures Fantasies: The Art of Thomas Haller Buchanan. It is still available from us, even the super-limited deluxe edition. It gets my highest recommendation. Thomas is working on an entirely new project: The Magic Rite of Drawing, which showcases concept and character studies from 40 years of projects and sharing art techniques and ideas. It has 20 days to go on Kickstarter (so it closes around February 28th). He needs just $1000 more to reach his goal, so check it out. We would like to handle the book if it comes to fruition...but in the meantime, if you’d like one direct from the artist, and with all those cool Kickstarter extras, I encourage you to check it out and support him.
