Steve Ditko draws the cover of #11, 13, and 15 and feature-length stories in #13-15. After a seaquake, a huge lizard-like creature walked out of the ocean; things became more complicated when it was discovered the monster, dubbed Gorgo, was really just a youngster and its 200 foot tall mother was coming for him. After a pitched battle with the British army, Gorgo's mother, Ogra, was able to free her child and they both went lumbering back to the sea. That, however, was not the last the world heard of Gorgo. Hall of Fame Choices: I (Bud) was nominated for induction into the Eisner Hall of Fame, in the Voter’s Choice category. So was Phil Seuling. Neither of us made the cut, but I’m deeply honored to be among those named. The four inductees this year were Brian Bolland, Ann Nocenti, Tim Sale, and editor Diana Schutz.
