GEORGE ORWELL 1984 The Graphic Novel
Recommended. Art by Fido Nesti. One of the most influential books of the twentieth century gets the graphic treatment in this first-ever adaptation of George Orwell's 1984, translated from its first publication in Brazil in 2020. In 1984, London is a grim city in the totalitarian state of Oceania where Big Brother is always watching you and the Thought Police can practically read your mind. Winston Smith is a man in grave danger, drawn into a forbidden love affair, and now a member of a secret revolutionary organization. Mariner, 2021....More.

Oops Dept

Tales from the Crypt: The Revolutionary Art of Mad and EC Comics is a best-selling and discounted exhibit catalog from the Society of Illustrators. It's on the back cover of our latest catalog, but touted as having a fairly unbelievable page count of 1100. That's my typo, missed in proofing. It's 100 pages. Sorry!

Charles Vess Calendar – There is one this year, but very sadly, we can't get any. It's limited to 1000 and not available at wholesale. Charles says maybe next year.
